Week 3 of Camp will be focusing on Sparring and Combat Sparring. As well as working on Footwork Drills, you will also be focusing on offensive and defensive skills. By working on Combination Drills and Combat strikes you will increase your chances of scoring points in sparring and combat sparring matches. You will also have the chance to work on ATA Max skills and increase your fitness level too. For those who attend everyday of Sparring Camp, there will be the chance to take part in a Mini Tournament at the end of the week. Camp will run from 10am to 3pm, July 28th – August 1st Don’t forget to bring a water bottle and your packed lunch. Training Gear and Belts should be worn for Sparring/Combat Sparring Camp.
